Aravind Melligeri – President & CEO
Aravind Melligeri is responsible for balancing growth and stability through acquisitions, partnerships and strategic alliances. He focuses on long-term and strategic needs for building QuEST Global into an organization that provides efficient global delivery capabilities. His ability to sense new opportunities and ‘quest’ for exploiting “out of the box” ideas has given the company a competitive edge.
Presently, Aravind is leading QuEST Global’s foray into 'Design & Build'. He spearheaded QuEST Global’s entry into manufacturing operations for aerospace, automotive and industrial components. He also initiated the setting up of a Precision Engineering SEZ in Belgaum (Karnataka, India) where he is driving the creation of an aerospace supply chain ecosystem, which is the first of its kind in India.
Before co-founding QuEST Global with Ajit Prabhu in 1997, Aravind worked at Ford Motor Company, U.S.A, developing new tools to accelerate the evaluation of occupant safety compliance of new vehicles at concept and preliminary design stage using computer simulations, robust designs and Six Sigma methodologies.
He has been conferred with the ‘Young Achiever Award’ by the Indo-American Society for his contributions in fostering better relationship between India and USA. The National Institute for Technology, Karnataka Alumni Association, has also awarded him with an Alumni Excellence Award.
Aravind holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Karnataka Regional Engineering College, India and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University, U.S.A. |

Rajeev Kaul - CFO
Rajeev is responsible for finance and logistics. He has been with QuEST Global for more than 4 years and has handled various functions such as budget, treasury, MIS, accounts, contract reviews, fund raising and taxation. He was instrumental in setting up subsidiaries in different geographical locations. He was involved in strengthening contract review and legal risk compliance mechanism.
He brings with him more than 8 years of industry experience. Prior to joining QuEST Global, he worked with A.F. Ferguson & Co (currently Deloitte Haskins & Sells). His areas of specialization include banking and corporate finance, legal risk assessment and business process review.
Rajeev holds a Bachelors degree in Mathematics (Honours) from Delhi University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. |

Bejoy George - Chief Marketing Officer
Bejoy George joined QuEST in mid 2005, and is currently Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for the world wide strategic marketing functions in the three businesses of QuEST Global (Engineering Services, Manufacturing and QuEST SEZ). He is responsible for identifying potential strategic customers for all the QuEST businesses, and drives all functions and activities required for this. Bejoy also holds additional responsibility as Vice President, Global Electronics & Embedded Systems, for the development and growth of QuEST Global’s electronics and embedded systems practice worldwide.
Prior to joining QuEST, Bejoy was General Manager (Strategic Initiatives) in HCL Technologies, where he was heading the aerospace initiatives and the engineering services practice, both of which he setup from scratch and built for HCL from 2001 onwards. He has 15 years of work experience in different units of HCL, in various roles ranging from sales functions to sales management responsibilities to staff functions and strategic roles.
Bejoy has a Bachelor of Tech (B.Tech (Hons)) in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science (M.SC. (Hons)) in Physics, both from Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS), Pilani, along with an MBA in Marketing and International Business, from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore.

Jayanthi Bhagatha – VP (Business Development)
Jayanthi Bhagatha is responsible for evolving and executing the Marketing and Sales plan, managing all customer interactions for QuEST Global SEZ.
With over 12 years of experience in sales & marketing, project management, techno commercial operations & client relationship management, Jayanthi managed entire operations with key focus on top line and bottom line profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
As a keen strategist, Jayanthi has proven her proficiency in marketing and strategic planning activities by breaking new ground to drive sales growth. She has successfully conducted opportunity analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market-share metrics.
Jayanthi has extensively worked on projects related to Special Economic Zones, Information Technology Parks, Mixed Use Developments & Integrated townships.
